What is All On 6 Implants?
All-on-6 is an improved version of the All-on-4 technique. A fixed prosthesis is mounted on 6 implants placed in the fully edentulous jaw. Thanks to the additional two implants, chewing force is distributed more evenly and maximum stability is provided to the prosthesis.
All-on-6 treatment is the ideal choice for patients with adequate bone density who want a long-term durable solution. 6 implants are strategically placed in the densest areas of the jawbone, providing maximum support for prosthetic teeth.
Treatment Stages
Comprehensive Examination and 3D Analysis
Jawbone volume and density are evaluated with computed tomography. Suitable positions for 6 implants are determined.
Digital Treatment Planning
Implant angles and depths are planned with 3D software. Results are visualized in advance with digital smile design.
Surgical Implant Placement
6 implants are placed in the jawbone under local anesthesia. The procedure takes 2-3 hours per jaw.
Same Day Temporary Prosthesis
Temporary fixed prosthesis is placed on the day of operation. Patients return to daily life without being edentulous.
Permanent Prosthesis Assembly
When bone fusion is complete after 3-6 months, custom-made permanent zirconium prosthesis is placed.

Full arch restoration with 6 implants. Standard application for patients with adequate bone volume.
Hybrid All-on-6
Acrylic-porcelain combination on titanium substructure. Durable and economical option.
Full Zirconium All-on-6
Full zirconium monolithic prosthesis. Most natural aesthetics and maximum durability.
Zygoma Supported All-on-6
Combination with zygomatic implants in case of bone insufficiency in the upper jaw.
How Is It Done?
All-on-6 treatment is applied similarly to All-on-4, but a stronger foundation is created with 2 additional implants.
